Processing of payment for prints is done through PayPal. With PayPal, you can securely connect your credit and debit cards, link bank accounts, even buy now and pay later with Pay in 4, making four interest-free payments.

Shipping by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail is free to addresses within the United States. If you want another form of shipping or to ship outside of the US, please contact to make arrangements.

Returns will be accepted, postage paid by the customer, if the return is postmarked within 30 days of originally shipping. A full refund will be made but the product must be undamaged and in the original shipping package.

Before returning a product, please contact to request return material authorization.

We use only Moab Exhibition Luster paper and Canon Lucia inks to produce archival-quality prints that resist aging and yellowing. They will remain vibrant for years. For a detailed description of our printing process and materials, see the Print Quality page.

We recommend our prints be framed behind glass or acrylic glazing when on display. If possible, display them out of direct sunlight. If not, use a non-reflective glass.

When storing your print, avoid exposing it to extreme temperature changes or high humidity. For long term storage or transport, it’s best to keep the print in a sealed, clear, acid-free plastic bag commonly available at art supply stores.

All of our prints have a ½” white border to allow easy matting. The border can also be used to handle the print without touching the printed surface. Although Moab Exhibition Luster resists fingerprints and scratching better than a glossy finish, it’s still best to be careful of the printed surface.
