I was the company's operations manager from 1993 to 1995, responsible for all aspect of operations including marine salvage, hazardous materials spill response, staff training, scheduling vessel maintenance, and membership sales. Additionally I was a captain, watch stander, and liaison with U.S. Coast Guard duty officers.
I also designed and coded a small website for the company. Much of the site has changed since I first built it but many of the graphics I created remain.
Designed and produced a direct mail campaign utilizing an Access database that increased membership sales by 1,000%
